Due to the increased number of missed appointments, as of 12/1/22 we will be implementing a cancellation fee that is equal to the current exam fee.

If an appointment needs to be canceled, please cancel with 24 hours notice.
If we do not receive notice before this timeframe, we will charge the cancellation fee.
